What is the purpose of Inbox in Drainpipe Platform?
The Inbox in Drainpipe Platform allows for the processing of Annotations of conversations and assets.
Users can Annotate (highlight and tag) words and phrases, then associate the Annotation with one or more data classes. The data classes are automatically suggested by AI but can also be manually created and assigned.
Creating an Annotation, creates an Inbox Ticket in the “New” state. The ticket can then be moved to one of three other states:
- In Progress
- Approved
- Rejected
Place tickets in the “In Progress” state if more work or research is needed before accepting or rejecting the Annotation.
Proper Annotations can be placed in the “Approved” state immediately creating the data Class (if it does not already exist) and activating the Annotation for use during Memory Search.
Improper Annotations can be “Rejected” which means any associated data Classes will not be created and the annotation will not be made active.
