How do I upsert a new prompt in Drainpipe Platform?

A new prompt may be inserted or “upserted” into a conversation on Drainpipe Platform using the “Upsert” icon. Enter the new Prompt text in the Prompt field at the bottom of the panel. Locate the Response where the new Prompt is to be inserted. Click the “Upsert” icon to send and insert the new Prompt.
