How do I create new Class Categories in Drainpipe Platform?

Class Categories can be created one of two ways.

First, Class Categories can be created manually by navigating to “Directory” in the left side menu which will display the Class Directory and Manager. From here the “New” button can be used to create new Class Categories.

Second, new Class Categories are created from Annotations when a suggested Class Category doesn’t already exist, it is automatically created when the Inbox ticket is approved.
