How do I create new Annotations in Drainpipe Platform?

Annotations are initiated by highlighting text in a Response or Asset. Locate the desired source material (conversation response or asset), highlight the text, then click the Annotation icon.

Once the Annotation icon is clicked the Annotation window will appear allowing you to set the type of Annotation as well as the Class Category. Note that the system will provide a suggested Class Category which you can change or later when the Annotation is handled in the Inbox.
